About Me

That's me. I am a college student with an inclination for exercise. I started with this fascination for health at a young age playing soccer and wrestling my siblings for the TV remote. I was one of those kids who tried everything (except dance, I don't know why). I was in soccer, I did martial arts for a bit, I was a gymnast for a while, etc etc etc. My parents were and still are big on physical activity and eating really healthy.

In middle school I was a cheerleader and still a soccer player. Then in high school I dropped cheerleading and picked up track. I still played soccer of course. When I wasn't running or kicking a ball I was dancing and singing on stage in school musicals.


Now in college, I don't play soccer (I don't have time) but I am still really active! I run, I hit the gym and I became the president of my school's parkour club. Parkour is what some call the martial art of movement, the object is to get from point A to point B as quickly and efficiently as possible using just your body. If that description doesn't help you this, this, or this might give you a better idea.

Basically what I'm trying to say is that I'm really active and that is why I made this blog.

My current fitness goals for the summer are as follows:

- Be able to complete a pull up from a dead hang
- Run a mile in 6 minutes or less
- Be able to do full middle split
